Chairman of the Federal Reserve - 7 Out of 14 Are Jewish

I looked into this and found 7 out of the 14 Chairs of the Fed to be Jewish. I did other research and found other people saying that more of them were Jewish, but I couldn't confirm it myself. I only showed what I could confirm and what I found to be factual.

Now ask yourself, why is the number so disproportionate?

Also, look at the World Bank. Here's also another list that I could confirm: 6 out of 11 are Jewish.

Good Health and Positivity

Researching and dealing with the Jewish Criminal Network issue on a daily basis can become somewhat overwhelming to the average person. Realizing that the reality you thought you knew so well is, in reality, nothing more than a thin glass pane of lies waiting to be shattered into a million little pieces by a sledgehammer of knowledge and truth. It is all too easy to become enveloped in this information and almost obsessed with wanting to know more and more as each hour of every day goes by. Some may even lose many hours of sleep night after night due to information they have read, or a documentary they may have seen and it puts them into a feeling of shock or disbelief. I know this, not because I have just heard it from others in this position, or in a similar one, but because I have been there myself.

Now, I would like to stray away from the Jewish topic for once and focus on more positive subjects about life, eating habits, exercise and yoga. I wish to offer you some various things to do that could potentially help you in dealing with these negative or even depressing types of feelings and how to overcome them for the most part.

Eat Better
One way that will make you and your body feel better is to eat healthier, unless of course, you already do eat healthy. If you already do eat lots of fruits and vegetables and things of that sort, then that is great! If not, then I suggest try taking small steps day by day to start eating healthier. It does not have to be a drastic change, or even in a short amount of time. Just get yourself used to it, and do what you are able to afford. Me being in college and only having a part-time job, I cannot afford to buy all of my own food, so I do what I can with what I have and eat as healthy as I can while trying to stay away from the junk I used to consume.

I am not a nutritionist or a food expert, or anything of that sort, but I have begun to eat healthier over the past year and I have seen an enormous difference. I drink a glass of tea every morning and usually eat a banana, or any other fruits I have at the time. I still do not eat too many vegetables but the amount I do eat now is much greater than I used to consume. It is all just about making a change and progressing over time.

Coming this May, I will have gone a year without drinking a drop of soda. It will also be a year without eating at fast-food restaurants. This will be a big achievement for me, and I hope to keep it that way for the rest of my life. I have no desire to ever touch another soda or eat at McDonalds or Burger King. They are full of fake sugar and other processed chemicals and things that are not good for your body to consume. And one thing I want to stress is that if you stop one thing, such as drinking soda, then try to substitute something else healthier in its place. For me, instead of drinking soda, I now drink other things such as: fruit juices, water, or tea. Things like this can make a huge difference, but it will take time and a little bit of effort.

If you are adventurous enough, try growing your own garden with your own fruits and vegetables. It will give you something to look forward to every day, seeing your own food grow. Also, it could be a possible way of “freeing” yourself from the “system” of having to buy these foods, and it will give you a feeling of independence. I would like to be able to do this one day, but until then I will do what I can with what resources I have.

Exercise
Another way to keep yourself energized is to exercise daily. By keeping you and your body in shape and feeling healthy, it could potentially boost self-esteem, confidence, and other things. You will just feel better overall. It does not have to be anything strenuous like lifting weights. Take a walk or jog around your neighborhood for 30 minutes of every day. If you get tired of the same old scenery day after day, try going somewhere new. It is a wonderful way to clear your head and relieve stress you have built up.

Also, exercising is an excellent way of getting away from the computer desk and the computer screen. Looking at a computer screen all day, day after day, is not good for your eyes or vision. By going outside, or exercising, this can get you away from the computer screen. Also, if you sit in front of the computer for countless hours on end, be sure to get up and walk around every 30 minutes or so. This will help the blood flow in your legs and other areas circulate better. Be sure to keep all of this in mind when researching or reading for hours in front of the computer screen.

Do Some Yoga
I am sure that some men think that yoga is for just for women, at least that is how I usually see advertised here in the U.S., but that is not the case. In other countries, yoga is dominated by males. Yoga is another way of healing your body and mind alike. Yoga is somewhat similar to exercise, but with yoga it is more about your mind and meditation. I have never been to a yoga class or anything of that nature, so I cannot say with certainty what yoga is fully for or about, but I have found it an efficient way to relieve stress, clear my head and thoughts, and exercise all at the same time. Nothing strenuous has to be done here either. Just look up some beginner poses online, and try doing a few of them on a daily basis. I mainly do stretching poses, and things of that sort, daily. They really make my muscles and body feel much better and are good for your health.

If you want to challenge yourself, try starting with beginner poses and then move on to harder poses. You can also find a local place where they give yoga classes and teach you how to do the harder poses properly. I would like to do this, but due to my financial situation and my schedule, it is basically impossible to do at this time.

Find Hobbies
Enjoying different activities from time to time is also healthy. Whether it be sports, writing, drawing, or anything else you enjoy. Spend time with family. In my spare time, I like to draw, paint, do graphics, read, do photography, and play guitar and drums. I am an artist and it can be healing to paint and draw and do other things. Find something that you enjoy doing. Something that will ease your mind and keep you occupied. Spend time with friends, and go out and do things. Another good thing to do could be puzzles and things of that sort. I also like to do puzzles and cross words; anything that makes me think and use my brain.

Another alternative could be to own a pet. Cat, dog, guinea pig, or anything you want to take care of or something you can interact with. I personally have a dog and a cat, but I tend to like cats more. It helps to have something there to care for and something that can give you love back and will always give it back no matter what.

Stay Positive
Staying positive may seem hard to do after knowing about all the problems and issues we are faced with every day, but it takes time just like the other subjects that are mentioned above. Changes like these are hard to come by overnight. They are most likely different for every person. Some may drastically change in a year, and others might change over a lifetime. It just depends on your willingness to change for the better and the effort you put into the process. I have noticed a great change within myself over the past several years, but the most recent year was when the biggest changes were made. Everyone’s situation is different.

Do what you can with the time and resources that you have. In conclusion, by eating healthier, exercising, and doing yoga, changes for the better can be made. These are just some small steps to create enormous changes. So, go outside and enjoy the sun. Enjoy life and be positive. I am not telling you to give up on the issues we all know about, I am just giving you some information, and you can decide what to do with it. It is up to you to make a change or not. What will you choose?
